Am I entitled to a rental car? You are entitled to a rental car, if you have rental coverage on your own policy or if you are a claimant with another insurance company who has accepted liability. We can set up reservations and billing arrangements for you. The rental company will pick you up at International Autocraft when you drop your car off.
Do I have to pay a deductible? You may not have to pay a deductible if you: 1. are going through another parties insurance coverage as a claimant. 2. are going through your insurance, but also have a claim number with the other parties insurance. 3. were in an accident with an uninsured motorist and have uninsured motorist coverage. 4. have credits for an appearance allowance.
Do I have to get three estimates? No, generally only one estimate is required.
Do I have the right to take my car to the shop of my choice? Yes, you may select the shop of your choice, unless your insurance policy states otherwise. Choosing International Autocraft provides you with a lifetime warranty on all repairs.
I have an estimate from International Autocraft, but my insurance company wrote an estimate for less money. Your insurance company estimate may be less than our estimate. Often, our estimate is more thorough and allows for procedures required to offer our lifetime warranty. We will always work with your insurance estimate and will contact them directly for any additional necessary repairs. You need not worry about the differences.
My insurance company has suggested I go to International Autocraft. I am not sure I should go where they want me to. Insurance companies may suggest you use a particular shop. This may be a good choice for you because the repairs can often begin immediately, putting your vehicle back on the road sooner. The insurance company stands behind the repairs with a guarantee. Will the color match? Yes, International Autocraft guarantees color match. We use the latest technology available; including materials, equipment and techniques to provide a factory finish.
I do not want my vehicle filled with bondo. We do not "fill" dents with bondo. The metal is repaired as close as possible to its original shape prior to preparing the panel for refinish.
